This is an enquiry. Nothing is reserved until the events team writes back.
If your event involves anything you bring in, an inflatable or a caterer for example, we will ask to see their public liability insurance.
The bar is run by the club under our own licence. You cannot bring your own alcohol to sell.
If your event is for children, the club will ask who is supervising.

We use your details to answer this enquiry and to run the booking if it goes ahead. We do not sell them or use them for marketing. If the booking does not happen we clear your details down in line with the club's retention policy.
